HOW DID WE DO?

Ian came round really quickly, dealt with our infestation and gave us great advice to prevent future reoccurance.We had ants everywhere in the kitchen. We'd tried various methods that we'd seen on the Internet, but they didn't work. Ian's experience and trade knowledge is what we needed. He wanted to make sure they were gone before they started swarming and flying. Within less than a week no more ants. Great!

Ian a pest control technician came out recently as we had a rat in the loft. He arrived exactly when he said he would and was very polite, even taking off his shoes before going upstairs. Brilliant! I had another company come tell me they wouldn't be able to treat a nest in the roof, but charged a call out fee. My daughter was scared to sleep in her bedroom. Ian from Avon arrived, promptly, assessed and located the nest quickly, treated it, was very knowledgeable and educated us on which wasps sting and which didn't. He cleared and checked all of upstairs, sealed any potential gaps, and resolved the issue. Really nice chap too. Would highly recommend Them.

Ian is a hugely knowledgeable gentleman. I have had a number of issues from cluster flies to mice to two colonies of bees in the roof after buying an old place. Ian sorted all issues but not only that he completely understands the best ways to remove the issues and listened attentively to my needs. He was able to have sections of roof tiles removed to sort the colonies and everything was put back perfectly. I highly recommend Avon Pest Control as one of the best companies I have come across and on a different level to other pest control companies including their value for money.

I called Ian in because I thought I had a rat in the house, but what he found was a disorientated swift that had somehow got in and stunned itself. No problem for Ian, he soon had it in recovery and able to fly off again. All done brilliantly with no fuss or difficulty.

I had black garden ants in the cloakroom. This was the first time I had ants infestation inside the house. So, I was worried that something may have happened to waste water piping. On enquiry, Ian suggested Ant gel bait station. Delivery was quick and ants disappeared in a couple of days. They have not reappeared for the last one week.

Would highly recommend this company. Response from Ian was quick and he arrived the following day and assessed my issue with mice in the loft. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I had already been addressing the problem with the council PC and topping up the bait boxes before he came out, so he didn't need to treat personally. I contacted several pest control services companies last week, as I realized something was eating the wooden walls in one of my buildings, leaving tons of wood dust behind. Ian was the only exterminator to get back to me, within 24h no less. He kindly accepted to come have a look, and instantly diagnosed the issue: brown ants. He recommended a product to use and advised me as to where to install it. I am very pleased to say that within 72h, the ants have taken the bait, completely polished the insecticide and that the amount of wood dust is now only a fraction of what it was earlier this week. I will keep at it as the infestation still remains for now, but this is tremendous progress and if the trend continues, the battle could well be won within days...! I highly recommend Ian, and I will not hesitate calling him back for his services (even though I hope I will never need them in the future!). Thank you Ian, you are a champion!

Absolutely superb! Contacted Avon in the morning and by 2 o'clock the same day Ian had come to our house and destroyed the wasps nest in our attic. Ian is lovely guy and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending his services.

Avon Pest Control rehoused a huge honey bee colony from our chimney. Ian and Sean were absolutely fantastic and Ian went above and beyond to accommodate our desire to save as much of the hive as possible. Used these guys when we had birds getting in. They quickly found the entry point and blocked it up for me. Also rang them about a mouse issue and they gave me some great advice over the phone. Clearly know their stuff - would recommend every time :)
